The best thing to strong our mindset is to know that what are the actual meaning

of our life.





Let us begin with some examples like-What we feel when we eat a chocolate? Or What

we feel when we get something which we wanted anyhow?

And the answer is our internal satisfaction.....

Satisfaction

Do you listen this word before i.e., satisfaction..? Well this what your parents feel when you do something as they expect to you.

So, whatever we do has an actual satisfaction after achieve something. Basically we think about something to get true and after that do to achieve what we want, this is very basic terminology of everyone mind. They cannot be able to relax their mind to do not want anything and sometimes that is generate something which we don't expect.


Relax your mind without any expectation


You all are familiar with many things in your life practically but you did not analyze them theoretically for example we all want something badly at sometime and when we achieve this we don't even care about it . Because we tasted it now we want something new to taste .

My mean by taste is that you have feel what you achieve and now you want to feel something new .And that is the main reason of expectation -these feelings, yes feelings are the main part of all the expectations. Let I take some example sometimes you all even me also ,we all are stuck in our deep thought regularly for 2 hours, 3hours, and sometimes we cannot even sleep .And why did all this the reason is feel we just feel about something and get stuck in those feelings may be you think about your past or your future ,the thoughts may be positive or negative but this all belongs to our feeling.


Feeling

Feeling is nothing but it is just a activation of our internal hormones by some realistic or virtual event.

So how can we come out from this sea of feeling and relax our mind..? So for this I want to take you in your thoughts but this is like a treatment for relaxing your mind . So I want to suggest you the full process for this treatment:-

  1. Just lying down on your bad or in a room where is nothing to disturb you.

  2. Close your eyes and thing about something which you want to achieve one that can be anything which is not in your range.

  3. Now think deeply the all process to achieve this like you watch a movie where you are a hero and you can do anything what you want.

  4. So now your hero doing all the process for achieve that particular goal and after the process finally he achieved what he want with all of his efforts.

  5. And now you can feel that taste . And feel relaxation .

The main part of this process is the process to get something by which you put your character efforts and after that you can feel the actual value of that particular goal.

And that satisfaction relax your mind from the all type of expectations and you can do this anytime to relax your mind . And this is the real functionality of anyone mind.


How I change my mind

Basically I learned all the things in my life by my mistakes .I did mistake each and every time

and learnt something new and this approach generate a new mindset and that is "Fearless Mindset" which is fearless about everything in my life because I ever see my life inside me I can see all the changes of nature inside me because I am also a part of that nature and all the thing in this world interconnected unknowingly. And there is nothing to fear it is also generated by our mind about anything and we can change it if we want.
